I heard yesterday while driving that Georgia passed a bill for medicinal marijuana. I didn’t really look into it but thought hey, sounds like a good theme for a beat down.  Would make for a good playlist anyway.  So yesterday I compiled 40 minutes of songs about weed. Snoop, Cypress Hill, Sublime…you get the picture

The lot was set up for an XFactor thang. 3 rounds.  Each corner and the middle had a large paper with 3 exercises, 1 for each round.

Run to a corner, do the exercise, back to middle for exercise, then to next corner, back to middle and so on for 3 rounds.  Middle reps 4, corner reps 20.    4-20
