Preamble:
Excitement was in the air, a large crowd showed up in the Gloom for an Ace Ventura ruck/beatdown.
Warm-O-Rama:
We did a short ruck too the empty parking lot across the street. Did I warm up of some weed Pickers, torso twists, Willie Mays Hayes.
The Thang:
We rucked around downtown Dawsonville. Along the way we did some pain stations with burpees squats etc.
COT:
Acceleration point was how often we too often wait until somebody’s funeral to talk about how much they meant to us. We leave a lot of love on the table during people’s lifetimes and we’re encouraged to change that and tell people how much we care about them while we are still here.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
After the Beatdown we had coffee, and then a large group moved over to Papa’s place for breakfast. Great suggestion by Better Call Saul.
