Preamble:
Questions on if a late start for holiday ended up with a normal time for us Wreckers.
with the passing of Cardinal from Knoxville, YHC decided we needed to do Cardinals last run. Given no BB was written for the previous beatdowns, it was possible this occurred already but it was a chance I was willing to take. also may mean YHC needs to stop fartsacking and get out more.
As part of our tribute, we also ran around the park to find AEDs.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the small parking lot for a limited WOR of the following:
SSH
merkins
arm circles
weed pickers
The Thang:
Moseyed to the bottom of the road to the pool for the following:
5 burpees, 10 BBSU, 10 heels to heaven for a round. After each round run to the CAB door backwards and then back down. 2 rounds. After finished, first PAX goes to CAB to look for AED. Building was locked for holiday, but all saw area it was last spotted a few years back.
then around the corner for 10 burpees, 20 LBCs, 20 Mt Climbers. Mosey to the next building and back, 2 rounds. No AED spotted from outside that building.
mosey by pool and look in the gymnastics entrance. Nothing spotted (I’m sure the cameras got some good looks), but the 15 burpees, 20 squats, 20 Freddie mercuries. Run to stop sign and back. Yankee admitted his next Q would be for mature audiences only, so we shall see what that means.
pax then ran down by the football field in search of other AEDs. Nothing spotted, so 20 burpees. Moseyed to playground for 11s, with dips and shrugs. And a round of morning call. Enough time to mosey back to flag for some Mary and 12 more burpees.

Need to confirm AED is located in the CAB, but appears to be no others at RAP.
