800m hard (10k pace), 200 slow jog recovery

300 hard (5k pace), 300 slow jog recovery

We got four sets of the 800s in, but had to head back prior to the last 300 due to time.

Mosey back to the non-existent flag.

COT:

Prayer of healing and recovery for Hollywood’s friend of a friend who is battling cancer & covid at the same time. Same prayer Caffey’s grandmother.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Despite the belly-aching during yesterday’s pre-blast, the crew did a great job today.  Lumbergh even suggested we make this a regular thing, so looking at doing potentially making the first Wednesday of the month a designated speed work day.  More to come from Hollywood.
