Preamble:

YHC wanted to start the year off right at the Gladiator and grabbed the first Q of the year. Cinders and a new Burpee was all I needed.

14 Men woke up this morning to 60 degrees on the 3rd day of January. This was the 1st workout of 2023 at The Gladiator.

Warm-O-Rama:

SSH, Windmills, Copper Head Squats

The Thang:

Partner up with 2 cinders

Partner 1 Farmer carry both cinders to marked line. Leave them sprint back – Flip Flop

Partner 2 starts LLB – Flip Flop

Complete 150 in total

The Lunge Lunge Burpee was so well received the pax were commenting on the adverts during the music as YHC has not paid for the premium subscription.

4 Corners

Use 4 corners on half of field – split pax into 4 groups.

  1. 10 Alternating Shoulder Taps
  2. 10 Squats
  3. 10 Mountain Climbers
  4. 10 LBC’s

Repeat 5 times increasing by 5 every time – 10, 15, 20, 25, 30

COT:
