Choose Your Own Adventure BD

Preamble:

I had these grand plans for the Holidays, which went straight to heck when my M got the Corona a week before Christmas, then shared it with me and the whole family.  I was psyched to lead the HIM of Firehouse as we closed out the year and signed up for several Qs.  Instead, I had to stay home and try to regain my health.

Many thanks to the various Substi-Qs who stepped in to save the day.

Enough of my whining, let’s talk about today:

The Thang:

Well, my voice is shot so I wanted to craft a BD where I could minimize how much talking I would have to do.  So I borrowed from the HIM that have come before me and simply put a bunch of exercises on the dry-erase board with a bunch of hash marks.  The PAX would wipe away a hash mark from two exercises, perform the exercises, then mosey to the stop sign and back.

I have tried to include the picture of the board, but I keep getting an error, so I’ll post it in Slack.
