Fresh from the sleep deprived month after the arrival of his first 2.0, Ace and SK conspired to have a surprise Q for those who took the red pill and got out into the gloom on new years eve.

We rucked for 50 minutes, then did some Mary.

YHC took acceleration point. Message was trying to enjoy moments as they come because most of life’s best moments are fleeting and you need to live within the moment (ironically typing this while having coffeteria with the boys).
