Preamble:

Oh what a lovely morning out in the gloom! There wasn’t much chatter before the PAX zoomed. We gathered and joked for some pre beatdown fun – we laughed at the suckers who work out in the sun.

 

 

Warm-O-Rama:

  • Quick mosey around the parking lot with a few variations along the parking lot lines. The PAX did some shuffles, some bernies, and some high knees.

 

  • Quick mosey to the front shelter. A few monkey humpers and side straddle hops were at along the way to warm up our legs nicely.

 

  • PAX circled up and did some light stretching.

The Thang:

ROUND 1

  • Dips & Step Ups.
    • Perform the rep count for each exercise and then continue down the pyramid.
    • Once completed, full mosey around the parking lot, side straddle hop or run for the 6.
    • Rep count = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

ROUND 2

  • Derkins & American Hammers (Alpha Ct)
    • Perform the rep count for each exercise and then continue down the pyramid.
    • Once completed, full mosey around the parking lot, side straddle hop or run for the 6.
    • Rep count = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

ROUND 3

  • Jump Squats & Side Straddle Hops
    • Perform the rep count for each exercise and then continue down the pyramid.
    • Once completed, 2 lap full mosey around the parking lot, bear crawl for the 6.
    • Rep count = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

 

COT:

  • Prayers for Vertigo
  • Prayers for DC2 as his wife is out of town
  • 12/24, Scooge Christmas Eve at the Widowmaker
