Men showed up to get after it before Thanksgiving Day!

Warm-O-Rama:

Warm up by the field: ssh, scarecrow stretch, weed picker, squatting punches AKA Mike Tyson AKA g-monkey had something funny about midgets as well

The Thang:

• On football field we started with 100 mountain climbers on each goal line, 25 merkins at the 25, and 50 big boys at midfield
• After realizing chest and arms would be completely shot out after another round of that, we did jump squats at the 25 and Freddy Mercury at midfield
• We then grab some coupon and got into an oval (shapes are difficult for this crew). Within went around the circle with each man naming his favorite Thanksgiving dish and calling out an exercise.
• Back to the flag where blue grunted out some lbcs for a minute before wrapping

COT:

• Shout out to Aflac for matching Santa ruck donations
• Hit up hog wallow if you want to run tomorrow morning but not with the 1800 folks at Gate City
• 7:00 a.m. start time on Friday at the rec with the handsome charming humble flip flop
