Preamble:

Been battling a nagging hammy and some fall colds, but finally feeling back to about 100% so grabbed the open Q. Promises of a run on the Milton cross Country trail seemed to intrigue some, and got some decent HC numbers. Only until they saw the route and I saw from HaHa: “That looks terrible.” Apparently I have been hanging around Stroller too much lately as I found all the good hills within a 1 miles radius!

The Thang:

Milton XC trail with “BFH” featured and then a mosey over to 6 hills where we go down and turn around and go right back up the big hill. Then over to Kensington Farms for the final two good hill segments. Fun stuff, and link to route here.

COT:

Prayers for Hollywood and the family on upcoming travels, praises for TopHat’s wife recovering, and continued prayers for Bo Know’s wife. Lots Of events upcoming in the following order: Beer Ruck (next Sunday), 3rd F event (19th), Blood Drive (day before Thanksgiving), and Santa Ruck (December 10th).

Glad to be back with these fellas getting a good November sweat in. The cross country trails were a fun add to the run, and we didn’t lose anyone! Caffey out!
