You Learn Something New Every Day – Like Wear Gloves For Bear Crawls
AO: The Bridge
PAX (2): Potter
Figured today would be a great day to role out a new beatdown AND playlist. It turns out that while we didn’t have the numbers, we had the willing test subject(s), and from the results, it looks like a winner (and by winner, a good slobber knocker). Given the 2 Pax present were well versed of the risks associated, off we went.

Prayed for Potter’s daughter and that he can continue to be a loving father, and praises for Dinghy for his daughter’s recent successes.
It doesn’t matter how many or how few are at a beatdown – what’s most important is the ripple affect of continued fitness acceleration. Today was a day that showed that 2 HIMs can push each other to get better as well as 14 together. It was an honor to lead today!
