Preamble:

The Norseman decided that October should wain with a nod to September’s Iron PAX challenge. With Halloween as our backdrop, REVENGE is in the air. The Norseman are ready for Death by DeLorean.

WILD CARD Options:

1 Mile Run

Ha-Ha’s hill-o-pain (bear crawls to Bethany)

DeLorean’s 8s (8-100 yrd sprints)

Warm-O-Rama:

As we crank up our BD, we rock out to Sleepwalking from Bring Me The Horizon. A personal favorite tune… and just a great intro to a 5:30am BD.

SSH, Weed Pickers, and arm circles – followed by Ha-Ha drawing a wild card and sealing our fate… looks like he drew:

1 Mile Run – let’s get it!

The Thang:

Our fearless leader, Ha-Ha drew from the WILD CARDs of Death… 1 Mile Run

We energized with Imperial Walkers to Slipknot’s Left Behind, adding burpees when Cory says “Away”…. All 25 of them.

Next, Of Mice and Men – Obsolete blasted us into Lunges/Jump Squats/Freddy Mercurys. BE-COME OBSOLEEEETE!!

We wrapped this set with Bullet For My Valentine – Knives and, man, was it great. Shoulder Tap Planks with a Mercan every time he says “Knives”.  What fun!

On to the middle WILD CARD… Mayor Pepper drew… 1 Mile Run!

Followed up the (2nd) 1 Mile Run with Soulfly – Eye For an Eye. Wise words from a great philosopher of our time. We did Squats to the Max’s classic and Burpees to each bark of “Eye” (too many to count, no way to hit them all)

Ran out of time for more jams and more fun – but we saved just enough time for one more WILD CARD… FNG Game Boy did the honors….. sure enough, 1 Mile Run!!!

Cut it short to 3/4 mile lapping around the parking lot for time considerations… but overall well done a great work.

We definitely took our revenge on IPAX week 4 and murdered those Runner Bunnies.
