Toadstool Takes The Chair

Preamble:

This was my first Q. I would like to thank everyone who put me on the spot to take up this duty.

Warm-O-Rama:

PR included myself and Ace Ventura where we ran a few laps around the parking lot.

Once the HC was achieved I made everyone run around the parking lot.

After that was done, we did 20 Imperial Walkers (Alpha), 20 Weed Pickers (Alpha), and 20 Sun Gods Forward then 20 Reverse (Alpha).

The Thang:

Suarez inspired me to try to use the DORA 1-2-3 exercise as a team-oriented workout.

This was modified as we normally run the football field but the rain and lightning required us to take shelter under a canopy while the runners ran a shorter distance to a nearby stop sign.

We first did 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Squats.

The group did the exercise really well and very fast, so we did it again with a reduced count of 50 Merkins, 100 LBCs, and 150 Squats.

Once this was done I had everyone run the same distance they ran earlier this morning for a warmup.

With the remaining 5 minutes we did a “round-robin” where a few people suggested workouts. Zuckerberg pushed 25 Firehydrants (Alpha) each side, Lifelock pushed 30 American Hammers (Alpha), Suarez pushed 5 Hi-Mid-Lo Merkins, and Dunshire did 25 Side-to-Side Planks.

PAX members going down to Southern Florida for Hurricane Ian relief efforts.
