The Thang:

HILL WORK:

• Mosey to lower steps.
• 1 Pax curls lifting coupon, partner PAX sprints up hill
• Rinse and repeat x3 each

HoppyFrog:

• 2 teams
• Each Pax takes 3 star jumps, 3 V-up, and 3 burpees (in order)
• After above, Pax takes 3 jumps forward
• Once at finish line, turn around and help a brother to get to finish line
• Did this twice

Tug of War:

• Loser walks, find a different partner
• Completed total of 10

Burpee Quiz:

• Wrong answer = everybody does a burpee
• Each wrong answer, everybody adds additional +1

COT:

Special intentions for Brian Kurt, Forrest’s daughter (Hiccup) and those (like my mother) struggling with dementia.
