Sometimes you need a change of pace to liven things up. Doesn’t require a whole lot, but every now and then, bringing out the inner child is all that’s needed to get a whole new perspective on things. Given all the new toys at The Bridge, bringing out that inner child in all of us got a whole lot easier…..

10 each of the following:

Naked-Man Moleskin:

The morning’s are getting cooler, the days are getting shorter, and because of that, the need to accelerate one’s fitness becomes that much more pressing. Winter’s coming, and to avoid that annual personal Battle of the Bulge, it’s key to get a running start to ensure we’re all fit as fiddles.

It was an absolute pleasure to lead this morning – and a whole lot of fun. Let’s get that Q sheet filled to ensure others get to experience the same fun.
