Preamble:

(Insert deep emotionally preamble here) “Let’s mosey!”

Warm-O-Rama:

WARM UP

  • Mosey around the parking lot, shuffle left, shuffle right, bernie
  • Mosey to the in between of the 2 soccer fields and circle up
  • SSH, Weed Pickers, World’s Greatest Stretch

The Thang:

  1. BALLS TO THE WALL
  • Partner up. One partner on the wall, the other exercising.
  • Do 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 20 squats. After each exercise, swap with your partner.
  • SSH for the 6
  • Once done, Mosey to the main soccer field

 

2. NO CINDERS

  • PAX lined up along the width of the soccer field.
  • Q instructed that you were to only do 10 reps of each exercise, then run to the far end, complete 10 more, bernie back. Continue each exercise / running combo until a total of 50 is achieved.
    • Merkins
    • Alpha Ct Bonnie Blairs
    • Burpees
    • LBCs

 

3. BEAR HOPS!

  • To rest our legs, Q called that we were to bear crawl for time. If you needed to stop or rest during the bear crawl, your rest activity would be Side Straddle Hops.
  • Q said the time would be a mystery. (We bear crawled for about 4.5 minutes)
  • In a shocking turn of events – bear crawls don’t rest your legs! Who knew!

 

4. STILL NO CINDERS

  • In the same format as the first round
    • Jump Squats
    • Leg raises
    • Imperial Walkers
    • Copperhead Squats

Q called time and back the the flag.

COT:

  • Shiner = back surgery. It went well but just prayers for healing
  • Bo Knows = wife / chemo
  • Fall Convergence = 10/29, Newton Park, Costumes REQUIRED.
    • Keep an eye on slack for more info
