Circuitous

Preamble:

Lot of fart sacking today… some understood like toddlers throwing ragers and others not so much.  Staying not the pax to be accountable is critical

Warm-O-Rama:

Normal circuit – SSH, don quixote, bear hugs

Plus a few additional like side stretching and hamstring stretching

The Thang:

Mosey to the upper playground where YHC had strategically left 3 sandbags.  Group divided into 3 groups of 3

Station 1 – Bear crawl from the parking lot up the circuitous sidewalk to the playground

Station 2 –  Rotating exercises with sandbags on the rubber ground of the upper playground – man makers, squats, lunges, chest press, man makers

Station 3 – Run a lap around the parking lot then flutter kicks at the base of the hill until Pax comes back down from station 2
