Has it been 5 years?

Preamble:

So its been 5 years since my first VQ and last Q…. its been a while….. so lets see if i can remember the counts….

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey’d down the street to some parking lot, did some SSH, ToySoldiers and Weed pickers….

The Thang:

The went down to hill, what was it called? Brokeback Mountain? Hill o’ Pain?
Naaaa, its now called Fannypack HIll…. Partnered up and did some LBC’s, FlutterKicks and Plank’d while the partner ran up the hill…..

That took a while, so then we headed down to the hill by Field of Dreams, and took the long long way….
THere we did some 11’s with Lunges and Merkins…..

The Q’ lost track of time and we called and headed back to the flag…. with no time to spare…

Phhehhewwwww, another Q’ on the old belt, till next time! and maybe soon then 5 years…..
