Preamble:

On a Labor Day, humid, banker’s hours BD, QIC was committed to an easy morning of GOAT yoga. The encouraging push for all PAX was to maintain good form. If PAX needed to modify, modify rep-count not form.

Warm-O-Rama:

SSH, Hillbillies, Mountain Climbers, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

Hold It Merkins:
While PAX were in a plank position, QIC called down and hold it. While holding the merkin low under stress, PAX counted around the circle until it got back to the Q for 1 rep. TOTAL 10 merkins.

Hold It Squats with Coupon:
QIC called down and hold it. While holding the squat low (90 degree) under stress, PAX counted around the circle until it got back to the Q for 1 rep. TOTAL 10 squats.

Hold It Squat Merkins:
While in a squat position, PAX placed their hands on the ground in front of them for merkins. PAX had to keep squat and merkin tension. QIC called down and hold it. While holding the merkin low, PAX counted around the circle until it got back to the Q for 1 rep. TOTAL 5 merkins.

Parking Stop 11’s:
Body weight core exercises on one side of the parking stop, hop over the parking stop, and coupon exercises on the other.

1. V-Ups – Hop – in the squatting position perform V-Chops with coupon
2. Toe Touches – Hop – Thrusters with coupon
3. WW1 – Hop – in the squatting position perform Press Out and Press Up with coupon
4. 4 Count LBCs – Hop – 4 Count Kettlebell Swings

COT:

Keeping the body under stress and moving was certainly accomplished. Love how PAX kept pushing themselves to be uncomfortable. We are all getting stronger.
