Snowman 2 year anniversary Q

Preamble:

Hard to believe but it has been 2 years since my uncle HardDrive and I posted at Grindstone after the death of my baby brother Brian. What a 2 years it has been. You guys just kept telling me to show up and I did, it changed my life. Hell it literally saved my life. I cannot thank all of you enough, I appreciate all of you for not giving up on me and joining me on this journey. There is still work to be done so lets keep accelerating.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

Thang #1 – 11’s – asked the PAX to grab a coupon and warned they would be used to rifle carry up the hill about 100 yards (most heard the warning, not Jugdish). From there we went right to work, curls to overhead press(1 motion), then rifle carry to the second sign and do bentover rows to skull crushers.

Thank #2 – Foxhole (thanks to White Claw) mosey to the field.

Start at the sideline with a WW1 situp(Starting on your six with arms fully extended above your head and legs straight, raise your upper body keeping your arms straight above your head until you are upright then bring your arms as far forward trying to touch your toes. Then return to starting position flat on ground.) roll towards the other sideline into a merkin position and do a merkin. Increase by 1 every roll….start with 1,2,3…..

Nice work by all PAX, discussed the upcoming event at Grindstone on Monday. Shared a little about my journey. Welcomed the FNG and named him Harbaugh (Buckeye fan). Prayers for a speedy recovery for Benny’s father and Swiper. Prayers for Deuce and his family after the death of his grandmother.
