Preamble:
Perfect morning weather for a little run though Crabapple…. actually it was really muggy. Welcome to TO for coming out to join us at Crossroads this morning, now we know where you live!!!
Warm-O-Rama:
No warm ups here, we just hit the road running.
The Thang:
Took off heading toward the Milton Library and up Mayfield. hung a right on Bethany and then back to mid-Broadwell to head back. Hung a left on Charlotte Drive and down to Rucker Road.
Took a right on Houze and then caught Crabapple Road to head back to teh starting point. Nice 5.8 to 6 mile loop and a few of the PAX took a short cut to just beat us back home… prefect timing.
COT:
Prayer requested for TMI’s M and home projects he has going one, and prayers for Mayhem’s friend who is struggling with some mental health issues. Finally prayers for my Mom would had a TIA last Wednesday but is back home feeling much better now.
