Preamble:

6 showed up for the prerun where we did 2.7 miles

Warm-O-Rama:

1. SSH, imperial walkers, weed pickers, Moroccan nightclub

The Thang:

Teams of two

Each team throws one disc and they take turns.

Once all teams have thrown 1 disc everybody goes and picks up their own disc and does one merkin. They run their disk back to the closest to the pen and do the following.
1st throw 10 Merkins
2nd throw 10 Crunchy Frogs
3rd throw 10 mountain climbers alpha
4th throw 10 SSS
Once and that everybody does five burpees.

Any disc thrown out of bounds = 1 Burpees

We completed all nine holes

Ended with prayer for those not there and for the meal provided by Suarez.

Suarez cooked a wonderful breakfast for all of us while we were working out.
