Preamble:
Speedwork Fridays are back. This week, the PAX were challenged to hit a strong tempo pace, with half marathon pace as a good guidepost. 3 routes were available, 6 miles, 5.6, and 4.8.
The Thang:

5.6 miler would return on Academy Street. 4.8 miler would take Academy to Haynes and return via the Alpha Loop.
We all arrived at roughly the same time, indicating a job well done.
