Preamble:
We had five pre-pre runners at 0430 who found us a new running route that we had never tried before. and we had a good number of pre-runners at 0500.
Warm-O-Rama:
There was nothing special about the warm-o-rama.
The Thang:
The men of Big Creek had to run laps around the track, performing various mobility/flexibility movements at different points, all while only facing to the north. A few of us broke the north facing rule and suffered the punishment accordingly. The backwards (north facing while heading south) inch worms and bear crawls were a PAX favorite.
COT:
The men of Big Creek discussed how important it is to have other men to sweat and fellowship with during difficult times of their lives.
