AO: Halo

When: 01/26/2022

QIC: Compost

PAX (8): Compost, DIY, Fondue Guy, Skol, Sparky, Steamer, Sticks, Wideright

Preamble:

We grabbed a coupon and Cusack over to the sports field parking lot!  Our hayfield for the morning.

Warm-O-Rama:

After the disclaimer and a little chatter we got to the warm up.

  • SSH’s
  • Abe Vigoda’s
  • Hillbilly’s

Along the way Steamer didn’t like my ability to count and lead so I let him fill is need to correct me. I guess it’s safe to say I was doing it wrong, but hey stuff got done!

The Thang:

We had to clean the barn out to make room for more hay! Q directed everyone to line up with a coupon(hay bale)between the two parking islands in the sport field parking lot  facing south.

  • Push the (hay bale) coupon to the first island
  • Perform the following:
  • 10 Curls
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Merkins

That got the first set of bales halfway out the  barn. Now we had to take them all the way out. So we continued on to the second island.  Then repeated.  Once the 6 was done we had to do it all in reverse back for the beginning.  Round two we swapped around some coupons for heavy bags cause Skol was feeling like The Hulk and decided to smash his coupon.  Bad Hulk!! No Smash.

Round Two

  • Push the coupon to the 1st island
  • 10 Curls
  • 10 Thruster
  • 10 Overhead Press

Once everyone had been down and back we were moving on to the next thing. Time to carry the bales to feeders. Pairing off, one partner starts walking the outside edge of the parking lot carrying two bales (coupons) while the other is knocking out 15 merkins. Once the partner doing the merkins is done he runs to the partner with the bales and they swap. We did this for two laps. Second lap was reduced for the sake of time.

Time to put the hay in the barn!  Pax gathered around the traffic circle  Steamer picked the heaviest coupon to do overhead press while the rest of us tossed the heavy bag around the circle like we were throwing bales.  Once the bag got to Steamer he handed the bale to the next person and we repeated that until everyone had their turn of lifting bales. Then we sent it back the opposite way to make sure we didn’t just make one side of the back stronger than the other.  During the second round we add 10 merkins every time someone dropped the bag

We then headed back to the flag for a little stretching to finish up the clock
