Preamble:

4 Pax started at 6:15 for a ruck to hlp get our blood moving.

Warm-O-Rama:

Light run around the football field with SSH, Windmill, Weed pikers, Imperial Walkers, and Sun Gods.

The Thang:

Teammate 1 starts with Plank; Teammate 2 runs to 10 yard line with sandbang and calls out to teammate once he does 10 squats and continues squatting with sandbag until teammate 1 takes bag. Teammate 2 starts exercise until teammate 1 gets to the 30 yard line and so on.

Run up and down bleachers and then headed to parking lot toward amphitheater stairs. Squat jumps on seats and then ran around a little more with more stairs. Headed back to the field and did Down Dogs.  Ran back across the field to where we left the sandbags and started over.

Headed back to starting point with more time to spare and we had Zuckerberg call out 15 WW2 sit-ups at bottom of steps and then we ran up steps with 3 Burpees at the top and then back down where WHO called out 15 alpha count of Windshield wipers and ran back up steps with 3 Burpees at top and held a plank at the bottom for the 6th.

COT:

Talked about a fundraiser that we might participate in. We also talked about building our personal and family life. We ended with ball of man.
