Snowman is coming to Firehouse!!!

Preamble:

When I arrived to Firehouse I was pleasantly surprised to see Snowman, Baskins and Ace Ventura already working a on a pre-run. Once they completed the run we talk for a sec and it was time for the BD. We mossie to our usual location and we started the warm-o-rama.

Warm-O-Rama:

15 SSH

15 weed pickers

15 Imperial Walkers

10 Good mornings

10 Willie Maze Hayes

15 sun guides

15 Reverse sun guides

The Thang:

*Thang 1:

B.O.M.B.S

50 Burpees

100 Overhead Arm Clap

150 Merkins,

200 Big Boy Sit-ups

250 Squats

*Thang 2:

The PAX then completed an indian run around the football field. The last person on the line will stay back perform 5 merkins and then run to the front of the line. Once there, the last person stayed behind to do it all over again.

*Thang 3:

Big Bang: The PAX formed a small circle with everyone on a plank. Each of the PAX members took a turn to call a number and an exercise (for example 20 SSH)  Once this was called out the PAX stood up in an explosion of energy and run away from the circle the number # of steps called and perform the same # of repetitions for the exercise called out by the pax member. Once completed we returned back to the center and planked for the 6
