Preamble:
Nothing like a good ole rain soaked suck-fest and that’s what was in store for the 8 pax that avoided the fartsack this am. 3 pre-runners showed at 6:00 am for some early mileage…..what a difference an extra hour of sleep makes as a 6:30 am start time was decided on.
Rain not quite coming down yet, but it soon would be so after quick welcome and disclaimer it was go time.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to flagpole and some various stuff took place such as SSH, Imp Walkers, Frankensteins, etc.
Set of 21’s that the Q decided to goof up on first try so 10 Merkin penalty was called for. Second try was spot on by all pax!!
The Thang:
Mosey to the Herpes Pavillion now for the main thang. 30 reps of each exercise below with loop run in between for 30 minutes (AMRoundsAP)……with some 70’s/80’s rock hits playing.

- DIY home buying decision and prayers that it works out so he can be close to kids.
- YHC thankful for F3 as always. Tomorrow, 12.31 marks five years since F3 Lutz was formed down in Tampa and it is truly awesome to see how F3 has changed so many men’s lives down there and they are just getting started!
Naked-Man Moleskin:
- Great push by all today as MT and Devito were out in front all morning and four of the 8 pax finished up all exercises and a couple other pax finished just after the bell.
- Good call-out by MT on how consistent DIY has been and glad he has found the group.
- Some good conversation during coffeeteria…..Cookie mentioned article talking about those born in 1900 went through so much in their lifetime compared to what some of our generations have had to deal with. We are all going to make it through some of these difficult time.
- Also, talked about the Dawgs vs. Xichigan and it is official that Turbine is NOT rooting for his hometown state tomorrow night 🙂
