The Thang #1 – After warm-o-rama, set up in the far right back corner for a set of 3 corners. Starting with 25 big boys in corner #1, sprint across the end line to the other corner (#2) for 25 sumo squats. From there we ran the hypotenuse (look it up) to the far opposite corner (#3) for 25 Carolina Dry Docks. That was the first set.
Rinse and repeat two more times. Since there was an odd number of exercises we finished up with dry docks at corner #1.
Mosey back towards the flag to the upper football field.
Thang #2 – Seven of Diamonds
Start with one exercise and do a set number of reps at four different stations arranged in a diamond pattern on the pitch. Each round includes a different exercise with the rep count increased by 7 up to 28 and then back down by 7s.
Burpees x 7 for a total of 28 – LBCs for the six
Four count flutters x 14 – air press for the six
Merkins x21 – standing lunges for the six
Squats x 28 – big boys for the six
Gas pumpers x 21 – no waiting for the six
Hand-release merkins x14 – no waiting
Mahktar ‘n Diayes x7
