Warm-O-Rama:

Warm up with a mosey to the always going out of business restaurant. This time apparently a Mexican Grill is going in… We will see how long they last.

Round of  SSH

Mosey around parking lot to the side of whatever new cafe is. It’ll always be Hurricane’s in my  heart. Weedpicker and Copperhead Squats.

The Thang:

Mosey. Cross Street. Hang right. Hang left on sidewalk to the left of Soccer Fields, and arrive in the four corners parking lot.

6 rounds of 4 corners exercises with mid box add on. Basically run to corner 1 for X reps of exercise A and back to middle for Y reps of exercise B. Repeat for all four corners. We shared in choosing the exercises

  • Round  1 : A – 20 Flutter Kicks and B – 10 Squats
  • Round 2 : A – 20 Crunchy Frogs and B – 10 Lunges
  • Round 3 : A – Groin Bridge Hold until time called and B – 10 ?s
  • Round  4 : A – 20 Gas Pumpers and B – 10 Merkins
  • Round  5 : A – 20 Plank Jacks and B – 10 Mountain Climbers
  • Round 6 : A – 20 American Hammer and B – 10 LBCs
