Temps hit the 30s but that didn’t stop us from having a good Monday turnout
The PAX moseyed around the abandoned Starbucks to the back parking lot for the following warmup
Moroccan Night Clubs
YHC, still sore from a sprained ankle, decided the group could stay warm on this brisk morning without as much of that annoying cardio. The PAX circled up around the Tabata timer for some static exercises:
1 minute hold in each position, 20 seconds rest in between:
Squat (the real kind)
15 Degree Leg Lift
With a lap around the parking lot in between each, the 4 hold positions were repeated thrice.
After a mosey around the main parking lot and back to the Nara drive-thru, it was time for another set. Same 1 minute intervals with 20 seconds rest:
Balls to the Wall
Pike Leg Lift
We moseyed to the theatre and back between sets but after two sets ran out of time so we moved to Name-O-Rama and COT.
Thankful for 12 healthy PAX this morning and the opportunity to get stronger. Announcements including the The Thanksgiving Hot ‘n Special hosted by Popper and Flo and the Santa Ruck on November 11th.
