Preamble:
YHC happened to notice I had Q early afternoon yesterday, which is exactly the push I needed to avoid a Monday morning that had fartsack potential written all over it. Another pre-emptive Q signup from months ago for the win. Numbers were definitely light in the gloom the morning after Halloween and a late WS game last night.
Emeril and Crab Cake for the full 0430 pre-run with YHC, Schneider, and Snowman joining for the 0500.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the big ass parking lot for the usual WoR accouterments IC. Mosey back to YHC’s car to pickup today’s prop.
The Thang:
Ran around the AO with a bucket of halloween candy. 5 PAX pulled one candy at each stop. Each candy represented a different exercise. First several rounds were 5 reps each, next several were 10 reps each with the last round being 3 exercises at 25 reps.
Lots of jump tucks in the first half, lots of merkins in the second.
