Preamble:

Coupon workout.  New Playlist.  I show up 2 minutes before.  Let’s go!

The Thang:

After cusacking across the street, each PAX did the following w/their coupon:

  • 12 Paloff-Presses (in a squat, push outward)
  • 15 Slow Front Raises
  • 20 V-Ups

Head to the gazebo.  Partner up!  Partner A runs to the stop sign and back.  They raise both hands up over their head while they run.  Do 10 slow squats, then return back.  Partner B does oblique extensions (one coupon held over your head, the other down by your waist; lean down in the direction the coupon is held at your waist – lower it to below your knee).  Then switch.  Two rounds.

Next, w/o the coupon, partner A and B run around the shopping center in opposite directions.  When they meet up, 15 merkins.  They take off again.  When they return to the start, 15 merkins.

Next, partner A runs to the stop sign with their hands up again, 5 burpees, then run back the same way.  Partner B takes both coupons and does bent over flies.  Two rounds.

Another round of lap + merkins (30 in total).  Let’s walk back to the park w/our coupons.

On the way, two more stops.  At each stop:

  • 12 Paloff-Presses (in a squat, push outward)
  • 15 Slow Front Raises
  • 20 V-Ups

At the flag, we finished with a round of captain thor.
