Windjammer Ryder Cup

Preamble:

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the Boat Launch (too many PAX for the dam)

SSH’s, Weed picker, Imperial Walkers, Covids, Arm Circles.  Cookie Special: circle burp.  Butt Kickers until someone yells DOWN, and then we all burpee (x17!)

The Thang:

Beatdown:       43rd Annual Ryder Cup begins today.  ‘Merica! 

Count out 1’s vs 2’s.  Team 1 is USA; Team 2 is Europe.  We have 3 Days of Competing:

Day 1:  4 Corners.  Each Team will run to a different corner and perform the following 4 exercises.  Once completed, you will run a 1.25 Lap (past your starting point and onto the next corner).  

Corner 1:  43 x Squats (run a lap)

Corner 2:  43 x LBC’s (run a lap)

Corner 3:  43 x American Hammers (run a lap)

Corner 4:  43 x Mountain Climbers (single ct) (run a lap, air chair until the winning team is finished.  Winning team takes a point (Europe)

Slow Mosey to the Sports Park

Day 2:  Bear Crawl Relay Race.  Each team will line-up on the baseline, bear crawl to the other side.  Once over, yell GO, and next man up will BC across.  PAX will hold low plank while waiting before the bear crawl, then air-chair after.  Then, in same order, you will bear crawl relay back to the starting side.  Winning team takes 1 point (America)

Slow Mosey to the WindDAMer

Day 3:  Dam Merkin Relay Race.  Each team will line up at bottom, run up the hill one at a time, do 5 Merkins, then run back down.  PAX will air chair or incline merkins while runners are going.  Ryder Cup Winning Team (America!) gets to point & laugh at losing team (Europe) while they sprint back up the hill and do merkins while winning team walks up the hill.   

Mosey back to the parking lot for some Merry if time permits.
