The Return of Murder Bunnies

Preamble:

IronPAX is around the corner and it seems likely that murder bunnies will be a part of it.  Time to shake off the rust.

Warm-O-Rama:

• 10x Weedpickers
• 10x Windmills
• 10x Mountain Climbers

The Thang:

PAX moseyed over to the field behind the school with their trusty cinder block in tow and lined up across the field.  We then completed two rounds of the following:

• 25 merkins at the starting line
• Murder bunnies to the first tree
• Lunges with cinder block to the second tree
• 5 burpees
• Run to the end of the field
• 20 squats
• Return to the starting line, doing everything along the way (run, 5 burpees, lunges, murder bunnies, merkins).

After that we went over to the hill for a round of 11’s (cinderblock swings / American hammers) and 6’s (Rows / No surrenders).

Finished up at the flag with each PAX taking turns calling out an exercise to be completed with the cinder.
