It’s cold.  Spent some time planning this one out.  Anxious to see how it’s received…

Warm-O-Rama:

Weed Picker x 10

Windmill x 10

Arm Circles x 10

Hillbilly x 10

Mountain Climbers x 10

Everyone grab a block and come back to the parking lot.

The Thang:

We’ll do 4 corners (of the parking lot).  All exercises are with the block.  There will be a downward latter at each corner and exercises to be done while transporting the block to each corner.

First corner: 50 vertical presses

  • Walk the length of the parking lot w/the block.  Every 5th line on the parking lot, do 10 thrusters

Second corner: 50 vertical presses, 40 bicep curls

  • Walk the length of the parking lot w/the block.  Every 5th line on the parking lot, do 10 V-Swings

Third corner: 50 vertical presses, 40 bicep curls, 30 reverse LBCs

  • Instead of walking with the block, we’re lunging with it.  Every 5th line on the parking lot, do 10 squats

Fourth corner: 50 vertical presses, 40 bicep curls, 30 reverse LBC, 20 swings

  • Walk the length of the parking lot w/the block.  Every 5th line on the parking lot, do 10 skull crushers (holding it vertically)

Fifth corner: 50 vertical presses, 40 bicep curls, 30 reverse LBC, 20 swings, 10 overhead presses
