Preamble:

Since this is the second of the new Friday BD’s at the Galaxy i decided to start memorial weekend with a Heavy Metal Q.  We quickly moseyed over to the pavilion.  While working on the bluetooth speaker Blue lead the PAX in the warmup consisting of.

Warm-O-Rama:

• 12 Weedpickers
• 10 Toy Soldiers
• 10 Hillbillies

The Thang:

Everyone was instructed to grab a nice cold hunk of granite of suitable “lifting” size.

Partner A does exercise until partner B returns from a lap around the restroom (up the stairs and down the sidewalk). Flip flop. The exercise continues until the song ends. ( Original plan was to run to the stage and back but quickly changed that).

We then gathered at the table for an impromptu suprise.
