Preamble:

It was my VQ and I spent the night combing through the F3 website looking for ideas and inspiration. It helped settle some of the nerves but the nervous energy was still very much alive and roaring when the morning got started.

 

Special thanks to Kegger and Spandex for helping me through the nerves and figuring out pushing the group is never a bad thing!

Warm-O-Rama:

Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods, and a mosey to the parking lot

The Thang:

Burp Back Mountain +

  • Partnered Up
    • P1 ran backwards up the hill/forward down the hill
    • P2 was performing exercises
    • Alternate until your team of 2 accumulated:
      • 100 Burpees
      • 150 Merkins
      • 200 LBC’s

 

Quarter Pounder

  • Sprint to the 25 yards and Do 25 merkins, Run backwards to Goal
  • Sprint to the 50 and do 50 squats, Backwards to Goal Line
  • Sprint to the 75 and do 75 Mountain Climbers, Run backwards to the goal line
  • Sprint to the hundred and do 100 LBC’s

 

Catch Me If You Can – 2 Races

  • Partnered Up
    • P1 performed 5 Burpees while
    • P2 Running Backwards across the entire football field
    • When P1 finishes burpees he sprinted to attempt to catch P2
      • If P1 caught P2 then:
        • P1 had 20 merkins while P2 had 20 burpees
      • If P1 didn’t catch P2 then:
        • P1 had 20 burpees while P2 had 20 merkins
