Nothing like putting yourself down on the Q sheet weeks in advance knowing full well you were coming back from being DR…of course nothing like coming back the night before your Q after being in 2 different time zones. I had to come up with something on the fly. Wanted to throw in a little Super Bowl flair as well.
Mosey over to restrooms by tennis courts for SSH, Weedpickers and Mountain Climbers. Then, it was time for Ballstothewalls. In celebration of Super Bowl 53, each PAX held BTTW for 53 secs or until they couldn’t hold any longer. Last 3 were Zima, Devito and MillerTime.
After BTTW a mosey to the playground was next for morning call. All pax lined up facing playground and assumed plank position. Pax 1 ran to playground and performed 5 pull-ups. For every pull-up the rest of the pax did a merkin. Rinse and repeat until each pax has performed their 5 pull-ups. Next it was time to mosey to Field of Dreams.
Next it was time for a brief mosey to the rock pile to pick up a coupon to bring back to FOD. Once back at FOD, Pax circled up with their rock. Each Pax called an exercise but the pax who called the exercise bear-crawled around the circle 2x (although SOMEONE named Devito suggested only 1 lap…) until back at their starting point. Rinse and repeat until each Pax called an exercise and did their bear-crawls.
Once coupons were brought back to their home, one more mosey to the Pavillon. Again in celebration of SB53, why not do some exercises with 53 as rep count? So it was time for 53 dips and 53 step-ups. Then mosey back to the flag for a couple rounds of Mary.
