YHC was not looking forward to Q #3 of 6. After delayed starts at the Wreck and Widowmaker, YHC had to leave the house at 0435 to make it to the park in time for a little recon. Alas, the plan was made and the pax trickled in 1….then 2……. then 3 right at 0515. No TO, no Ha-Ha, no NLB guys…. Oh well.
The Fierce Four moseyed up the stairs and around the dirt loop back to the front to circle up for warm-ups.

Mosey back down to the parking lot for a merkin, derkin, bear crawl, crawl bear 11s. Make sense?
Starting with 1 derkin, bear crawl to the opposite side of the parking lot for 10 merkins, then crawl bear back for 2 derkins. Continuing back and forth until all reps completed.

Mosey back to the top of the stairs. Partner up for “catch me if you can” burpees. Partner 1 performs 10 burpees, while partner 2 runs backwards around the dirt track. Partner 1 sprints to catch partner 2 and now partner 2 performs 9 burpees, while partner 1 now runs backwards. On and on until all reps are completed.
YHC had planned for the official partner BOMBS 50-100-150-200-250. Must have been planning for an hour Q…
Quick modification for individual BOMBS 10-10-10-10-10. After each exercise, run down the stairs and back up.
We made it through two total rounds.
