The “Board of Pain” needed a new name. After yesterday’s earthquake it was so renamed this morning.
YHC brought the Earthquake to The Norseman for 4 PAX who were out to get better.
It was also the morning after Milton High School won the AAAAAAA class State Football Championship 14-13 so first thing was 14 merkins!
After a quick mosey to get some blood flowing we circled up for warm ups.
After warm ups I introduced the PAX to The Earthquake. Perform each exercise as indicated and take a lap of the parking lot after each exercise:
The Earthquake
- 50 Burpees
- 150 Calf Raises (50 regular, 50 toes out, 50 toes in)
- 50 Merkins
- 200 American Hammers (100 left, 100 right)
- 100 Deep Squats
- 50 Carolina Dry Docks
- 50 Dollys
- 100 Smurf Jacks
- 50 Mike Tysons
- 50 Burpees
After we all finished the last 50 burpees we circled up for some Mary and time was up.
Beaker is a beast and nailed this workout. The arms were definitely feeling the Mike Tysons.
