Mosey to sidewalk off Hardscrabble for merkin mile. At every driveway or cross-road = 10 merkins for first half mile then rinse and repeat second half of mile. That was SUPPOSED to be the plan but I heard a voice (cough @Whiteclaw cough) from behind me say “Why not do burpees at each lamp post?” Technically that is the correct version of the merkin mile. Combo of merkin’s and burpees. So we proceeded to do just that. 10 merkins at every driveway or cross-road and 5 burpees at each lamp post. We had a brief round of Mary before heading to next exercise.
Next a mosey back to bleachers below pull up bars for 11’s
Start out with dips on the bleachers (Starting with 10) run to sit-up station to do Carolina Dry Docks (1) Rinse and repeat. We didn’t quite get through each round before it was time to get a little quick burst movement in.
Finally we made our way down to the Wolf Logo field just below the logo for an All you got sprint to midfield and back to the logo. To get up the hill, each PAX had to bear crawl to the top. Then mosey back to the flag for one quick round of Mary.
Prayers to Sprocket and his wife as she navigates her current job /career situation. May god point them in the direction he knows is best. Continued prayers for our nation.
