Didn’t forecast a large group as it seems many are out of town.  Looks like it will remain dry.  Perfect for a “4 corners” beat down.

Warm-O-Rama:

Hillbilly x 10

Copperhead Squats x 10

Monkey Humpers x 10

Imperial Walkers x 10

 

The Thang:

Everyone grab a cinder block and come back to the parking lot.

4 corners: All exercises w/the block

Starting at the first corner, every 5th line in the parking lot – 10 Skull Crushers

At the second corner, 40 flutter kicks with the block

Starting at the second corner, every 5th line in the parking lot – 10 Overhead Squats

At the third corner, 40 flutter kicks + 30 Dolly’s

Starting at the third corner, every 5th line in the parking lot – 10 Bicep Curls

At the fourth corner, 40 flutter kicks + 30 Dolly’s + 20 American Hammers

Starting at the fourth corner, lunge w/the block and every 5th line in the parking lot – 10 Deadlifts

Back at the starting point (first corner), 40 flutter kicks + 30 Dolly’s + 20 American Hammers + 10 V-Ups

We still had some time left, so let’s keep going…

From the first corner to the second corner, every 5th line in the parking lot – 10 Overhead Press

After reaching the second corner, 10 more V-Ups, then turn around and head back to the starting point.  While doing so, every 5th line in the parking lot – 10 V-Chops.

Back at the starting point, we did 10 more V-Ups, then head back to the cage to put the block back.  And time!

No announcements.  Thankful for these 2 men to come out this morning and bust their butt.  We all left it all out there.  Prayers for those that are traveling.
