YHC grabbed the Q yesterday and jotted down a plan on a piece of paper, instead of on his usual excel file, which proved fortunate as later in the day he spoiled coffee on his laptop and killed it. The paper survived and so did the plan.

A disclaimer was called and suggestion for headlight. Mosey in the parking lot and put of it and to the left. On a small grassy hill we did Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Moroccan night clubs and mountain climbers.
YHC explained we’ll be running in the neighborhood on Clipper Bay, so the exercises were given in advance.

We entered the neighborhood and did the first set. Then moseyed along clipper Bay, stopping for alternating sets every time it branched. Finished with a 3rd Set 2 on the intersection with Shirley Bridge Rd.
10 count and gave 2 new sets for the way back.
