It is Masters Weekend. The golf world turns to Augusta for the greatest course in golf. Augusta National is not only beautiful but challenging so to honor the Masters we had a trivia challenge.
Disclaimer and 0700 we rolled out for the driving range to warm up:
Trunk twist with our imaginary golf clubs
Today we would run from “hole to hole”. At each hole a trivia question is read for the group. Answer incorrectly and 1 burpee is added to the total of exercises at each hole. We started hole 1 with one exercise and added a new one at each stop. Exercises:
Burpees (count determined by trivia answers)
20 Lunges single count
25 Mountain Climbers
30 seconds plank
35 American Hammers
So with adding an exercise at each “hole” we were doing all 10 at hole 9. At this point we started speed rounds on the way back to the flag and just did burpees plus one exercise at each hole. We got up to 8 burpees for wrong answers.

We learn through leadership opportunities that to move a group to advantage you have to change the status quo. We do this through disruption. Someone disrupted your schedule and life when they invited you to F3. But it moved you to advantage over where you were. Change is disruption.
What needs to be changed in your life? What do you need to disrupt to move yourself to a more advantageous position? With your M or job or your faith? Make a move to disrupt your status quo.
