The PAX arrived early this morning for an already early workout time. YHC had the Q and was ready to go with the more secured shovel flag.

From the flag we moseyed. Took a small lap around starbucks, smelling the aroma of the coffee. Back around to the common area for some brief warm up. An FNG was with us so proper disclaimer was given after the first exercise, so hopefully he didn’t hurt himself doing 20 LBCs prior to filling him in we aren’t actually professionals.

Now that we’re properly warmed up, it’s back out to the field from last Wednesday. Shorter route this time, there is a shorter route…

YHC measured out 10 yards, large steps, all about precision here.

While lined up, PAX did a ladder of seal jacks with sprints and back peddling.

1 Seal Jack, sprint 10 yards, back peddle 10 yards, hold plank.
2 Seal Jacks, sprint 10 yards, back peddle 10 yards, hold plank.
3 Seal Jacks, sprint 10 yards, back peddle 10 yards, hold plank.

YHC moved the goal 2 yards in, 8 yards now, little modification

Enough of the frosty field, over to the parking area.

Mosey back to the main parking field near the flag.

Brief stop for some air chair with heel touches, arm waives, reg-U-lar.

mosey closer to the flag for a lazy dora of merkins, lbcs, and a few squats until time was called.

Welcome to new FNG Tightrope. Shoutout to his wife for letting him come workout at 5:30 am with five kids at the house.
Great work by all the PAX this morning. Great to see Ratatouille, Candyland, and The Dab back after last Wednesday. Much soreness was discussed.
I always struggle to give Boomer a plug in these things when thinking back, he just makes it look effortless. Breezes through it as always.
Great encouragement from Flo today for the Pax. Great personality to have heading up this Hooch launch.
