QIC showed with his trusty board, some tunes and a stack of UNO cards.  Told the PAX to go an grab a lifting coupon.

The rules of the game were as follows

• Red Card = 5 + the number on the card of skull crushers
• Blue Card = 10 + the number on the card of curls
• Yellow Card = 15 + the number on the card of chest press
• Green Card = 20 + the number on the card of squats.
• Draw 2 Card = Color Value + 5 WWII’s with coupon
• Draw 4 Card = 20 J-Los (Alpha) or 20 Foxholes
• Reverse Card = Backwards run to second island and back
• Skip Card = Bearcrawl to second island
• Wild Card = Sprint to top of parking lot and back
