No Partial-Woody’s here!

Preamble:

No-See-Um & The Real Woody decided to split the Q today as NSU had a conflict for the latter part of BD earlier in the week.  However, game times changed so NSU got to stick around for the FULL-Woody and his 30 minutes of fun.

The Real Woody asked what he should concentrate on for his part on like Tuesday….well, YHC had no clue what would be planned so the response was “let’s try to make ’em Spill Merlot”.

Warm-O-Rama:

NSU handled the warm-up after very sub-par disclaimer was given which may have stated that it would be okay to sue The Real Woody 🙂

Then starts the first part of merkin-mania on the day….Clock Merkins on the hill.

Indian Run to the Crabapple Crossing playground, where there are plenty of Pull-Up stations. Partner up for BTTW/10 Pull-Ups…Flap Jack all the way down to 2 only counting by evens (10, 8, 6, 4, 2 for those confused at home). Next we found some benches for 20 Step-Ups, 20 Dips, 10 Box Jumps.  Mosey back to track where YHC had to kill about 2 minutes so “Bear Crawl around the curve”….only to find out what Q #2 was about to have us do.

The Real Woody took over with Man in the Box  – 2x for 2nd round, 3x for 3rd round

*TRW was going to have the pax go like 50 reps per station pretty sure, but had mercy on us. He wasn’t too happy about the ‘partial-Woody’ comment made by a certain pax so he was trying to show off…..

Great morning In The Gloom with 4 Pre-Ruckers/Pre-Runners and 9 total pax. Men go stronger today and started out this Saturday the right way!!

Nirvana did have a visitor at the end of the beatdown that multiple pax tried to catch…..Nacho even threatened to go get his turkey call out his truck 🙂
