Poison Roulette

Preamble:

Manhole’s preblast email must have worked because 16 brave souls arrived in caravans just before the start time on a balmy January morning for a throwback to some Poison staples.

Warm-O-Rama:

16 Imperial Walkers, 10 Baryshnikov’s (ea. leg), 16 Running with Scissors, 10 Sumo Squats, 16 Mary Katherines, 10 Floyd Mayweathers i.c.

Mosey to Vermack in front of the school

The Thang:

Cherokee Run to St. Lukes to the lower parking lot on the east side of the church (with lots of light!)

Circle of Dice: Each PAX first calls an exercise then rolls 3 dice to see how many repetitions (with 16 PAX this went on for a while and the dice kept coming up double figures for most of the rolls!)

Mosey to bottom of Manhasset hill just below church then climb the hill partially using inch worms, crab walks and bear crawls (YHC had planned to go to the top but time was getting away from us!)

Cherokee Run back to the school at the Seles stop for Mary: 16 Low Dolly, 16 High Dolly, 16 Low Flutter, 16 High Flutter, 16 Low Leg Raise, 16 High Leg Raise, 16 L over R, 16 R over L

Mosey back to start by the back of the school and run one set of stairs with arms up

Green Bean took us out.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC had a lot more planned but the 45 minute limit during the week puts a crimp in my planning!  The other old man of the group, Fireballs, has Saturday.  Come one, come all for another great beat down!
