8 PAX converged on the Creek to take a few steps up the mountain and start their day off right. It’s great to see Bartman, Dumpster, and McDuff becoming regulars and watching them get stronger with each beat down. We were also joined by The Gap who posted his first time DR on vacation and figures to be joining us going forward. YHC has been lacking in the creativity department lately so just went with some random stuff to try and get a good mix. Here’s what wound-up happening.

Grab a partner and a coupon from the rock pile for a Dora 1-2-3 at the bottom of Mt. Killamanjaro. Keep your coupon for all exercises but combine your counts. Bear crawl up the hill to the fire hydrant and mosey back to relieve partner.
- 100 Curls
- 200 Hip Raises (YHC and PAX couldn’t remember what these are called where you lay on your back with the coupon above your head and then bring it forward to your groin while raising your hips in the process. Lots of mumble chatter about potential new names on this one mostly having to do with torn sacks and air humping).
- 300 Squats
Redeposit coupons and mosey up to the concession buildings. Grab some wall and a new partner.
- Partner 1 = BTTW
- Partner 2 = Dying Cockroach x 20 (both legs count as 1)
Flapjack for 3 rounds total
Next mosey over to the soccer field for a quarter pounder. Start on the goal line and sprint to the designated yard marker for exercise, then sprint back to the goal line.
